What Are We Actually Building at Incrix?
Software, hardware, brands, films, courses and a community of 120K+. From the outside it can look like five companies. Here's the complete map of what we build, and the single idea that holds it together.
It's a fair question.
From the outside, Incrix Techlutions can look like five companies sharing an address in Kovilpatti. There's a software team running an AI learning platform, and a hardware team shipping ESP32 boards. There's a branding practice with 1000+ projects behind it, a studio making films, and an education arm that has trained 50K+ students. On top of all that sits a community of 120K+ people.
So what are we actually building?
This page is the complete answer. It's the map we'd hand to a new client, a new teammate or a curious student. Every stream, every product and every programme is here, with links to go deeper.
TL;DR
- One idea. We build technology that works in the real world, and the people and stories that make it useful.
- Two kinds of products. Classory, our AI learning platform, and a lineup of edge-native hardware boards.
- Five streams. Software and Automation build it. Branding and Studio tell it. Education teaches it.
- One team. Fifteen people, recognised by Startup India and DPIIT, working from Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu.
- A long horizon. From microcontrollers to our own MPU boards, and eventually our own SoC.
The short answer: what Incrix Techlutions builds
We're building a technology company from India that owns the whole journey of an idea: engineering it in software and silicon, giving it a brand and a voice, and teaching the skills that let other people build too.
That's why "Make your ideas alive" is our tagline rather than a slogan about any single service. Most ideas need more than code. They need hardware, design, a story and trained people. We keep all of those in one room.

Software: products on serverless foundations
Our software stream exists because we think the usual way of building software is expensive in the wrong places. Traditional companies take requirements and write code. We understand the problem, architect an engineering solution, and design it on cost-effective, maintenance-friendly serverless architecture. The reasoning is in why we build serverless.
We build with TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS and Node.js, on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, SQS and CloudWatch, with Amazon Bedrock for AI and Flutter for mobile.
Classory: our own SaaS
Classory is the clearest example of Incrix technology in production. It's a multi-tenant, white-label AI LMS where every academy runs its own branded workspace. It includes:
- Courses, batches, classrooms and learning paths
- Exams with 18 question types
- Clay, an AI teaching assistant
- Secure video that is signed and watermarked
- CodeLoop, for in-browser coding with autograding
- Gamification, and monetisation through wallets, subscriptions and Razorpay, with 0% commission on the educator's own gateway
It's designed serverless for 2M+ concurrent users. Read the product story in From "We Need an LMS" to Building Classory, and the architecture in How We Built Classory. Plans are on the Classory pricing page.
Automation: hardware from silicon to cloud
Incrix Automation designs edge-native hardware that's engineered in India. It brings together four skills: embedded firmware (bare-metal to RTOS, OTA-ready), multi-layer PCB design with in-house DFM, on-device AI, and connected cloud with fleet telemetry, OTA and dashboards.
| Board | What it is |
|---|---|
| Horizon Gen 1 | ESP32-S3 entry development board |
| Twinedge Dev V2 | ESP32-S3 with four relays, following our earlier Twin Edge Dev v1 |
| Horizon Dev-2 C6 | ESP32-C6 with Wi-Fi 6, Thread, Matter and Zigbee |
| Hexon Atom C6 | A 30×25 mm Industry-4.0 hub |
See them all on the hardware products page. For classrooms there are education kits made up of sensor, communication, relay and camera boards. For companies, our design services cover NDA work such as a Wi-Fi control board retrofit for legacy weighing scales and a point-of-care Wi-Fi height-measurement device. On the labs side, R&D includes smart irrigation (LoRa + GSM), an AI 3D printer that resumes after power cuts, and a drone flight controller (STM32 + ESP32).
Every build follows the same path: requirement, schematic and PCB, firmware, prototype and test, then production. The craft is in From PCB to Product. The direction is in Why Intelligence Is Moving to the Edge and Where Hardware Meets Software. There's also a tour of the lineup in Shipping Boards, Not Slides.
Branding and Studio: making ideas visible
A great product nobody understands is a failed product. Our Branding stream has delivered 1000+ projects with a 4.9/5 rating. Clients include A2B (Adyar Ananda Bhavan), Vadivel Fireworks, Axicarb, Edustar, RIG, Ponnus, Elite Tobacco, The Masters Academy and Sankamithra Fireworks. The list also includes Classory, because we brand our own products with the same rigour.
Our Studio handles photography, videography, ad films, brand films, social content, post-production and creative direction. Branding sets the identity, and Studio puts it in motion.
Education: Incrix University
Technology is only as useful as the people who can build with it. Incrix University turns what we know into skills for others.
Tracks span web and app development, Industry 4.0 (IoT and robotics), reality-based tech (AR/VR/MR), design, Web 3.0, and non-technical skills such as entrepreneurship, CRM, digital marketing and SEO/SEM. Formats range from internships, webinars and workshops to bootcamps, value-added courses, faculty development programmes, skill-enrichment programmes, and lab setups with kits. The overlap between learning and industry is the theme of From Classroom to Factory.
Community: 120K+ people learning in public
Our team shares its craft openly. #teamincrix has around 51K followers on Instagram. John at Incrix, from our brand design lead Johnson, has around 34K. Solder Minds, where our embedded architects Jegannath and Janakiram teach PCB, embedded and IoT, has around 35K. Together that's 120K+ people following how we build, design and teach.
Why it's one company, not five
This is the part people find hardest to believe, so here it is plainly: the streams need each other.
Classory is software built for education. Our education kits are hardware built for learning. Our community channels are our engineers' and designers' work, shared. Branding and Studio make every product legible. A single team of fifteen means a hardware problem, a UX problem and a brand problem can be solved in one conversation. We explain the model in Why Incrix Builds Across Software, Hardware and Design and One Company, Multiple Technologies. The human side is in Designers, Developers and Engineers Building Together.
The Incrix vision: where this is heading
Two horizons define the Incrix vision. In software, it's platforms like Classory that are designed from day one for millions of concurrent users. In hardware, it's a staircase: microcontrollers today, our own MPU boards next, and eventually our own SoC. That's what makes us a deep tech startup in India rather than a services firm with a hardware sideline. Why AI alone isn't the whole future is in The Future Isn't Just AI, and the principles behind all of it are in our manifesto, Building From India, For the Real World.

Talk to Incrix →So, what are we building?
Products, yes. Boards, platforms, brands, films and courses. But underneath all of them, we're building a company that can take an idea from "what if" to "it works, people use it, and others can build on it." That's what Incrix Techlutions is for. If you want the formal overview, the About page has it. If you want to build with us, you know where to find us.
